Frank Innes were great to work with, starting with a really friendly valuation visit and giving a confident valuation and the reasons for it. Then it was put up in the market quickly, getting several viewings straight away and securing multiple offers. Although the process ended up very long (due to the buyers) Luke was very helpful and friendly all along the way, getting regular updates and being persistent on my behalf. We got there in the end!
