    My service feedback with Lettings

    Disappointed with communication. Sent emails that were never acknowledged or answered. Telephone calls not returned.

    Friendly people but rather passive when it comes to selling!

    I feel that Frank Innes, like many other Estate Agents do not actively SELL properties, rather they facilitate the sale. What I mean by this is that if someone expresses an interest in a house the first question is, "would you like to view?". Some basic information is asked for when potential buyers sign up with Estate Agents but thereon after its all rather automated. I don't see much evidence of agents extolling the virtues of one property over another or attempting to home in on the buyers specific requirements. After the viewing, if it happens, there is just a request for "feedback". This to me is not selling.

    Needs improvement

    Need to be much more proactive to anticipate needs and avoid problems. When action is required they need to act faster and with better communication.

    A lot of room for improvement

    I think the individual teams are all a bit disjointed and often it feels like coordination, organisation and follow ups are entirely on the client (i.e. myself) to push for - which i think defeats the whole point of a fully managed service (and associated costs). Unless clearly pushed for or chased, quick, efficient and thorough actions often don't happen by default
