    Hi They are always on time for appointments and do not keep you hanging around. Always phone or email and let you know any up dates. Very good all round for customer sevice

    Poor service

    After a good start the sale of our property took nearly 6 months after accepting the offer. The only way we could find out the progress or lack of it was to call them at which point the usual response was "we were just about the call you ". They seemed more concerned about our buyer rather than getting the best and quickest deal for us who were paying them for the service.

I can assure you that your feedback regarding this matter will be raised to the Retail Performance Director to conduct their own internal investigation. Regarding the 6 month sale progression period, unfortunately an estate agents has no direct control over this aspect of the transaction as this is dealt with by both parties solicitors.     Avoid at all costs!!!!!

    The worse estate agen i have ever dealt with. They repeatedly lie and the service is very poor. Calls are never returned and generally no one know what they are doing. Avoid at all costs!!

    We didn't receive quite the level of service we expected. Phone calls were not always returned and errors were made in important emails, which took too long to correct.

    Staff very pleasant. Initially communication could have been better in relaying feedback from viewers and keeping me updated on progress. After mentioning this to them that a short text or email just to let me know things were progressing or they were having difficulty contacting the viewers to get feedback would be appreciated, they did put this into practice. Overall pleased with service.
