    My service feedback with Sales

    Worked very hard. Showing the buyers and several other people eg decorators, drive pavers etc round the house, and chasing up their solicitors. They also kept me informed at every step.

    I can't ,I want alot more Words

    No I wouldn't recommend , your solicitor's they are more than rubbish.if hadn't been for Jill and Katy ,I don't know what I done without them, They where My solicitor's,they should have been payed there Fee, they are a god send, they know what they were like,the Stress they gave me as cost me allot of money,if want to know why it would take more than this text

    Excellent all round service at competitive rates.

    Provided a good sale package at a competitive cost. Kept us well informed at all stages of the process and helped quickly when things were stalling at solicitors. No hassle with viewings, they took care of it all including providing me with texts/e-mails detailing shows viewing and when. Lots of viewings arranged.

    Friendly people but rather passive when it comes to selling!

    I feel that Frank Innes, like many other Estate Agents do not actively SELL properties, rather they facilitate the sale. What I mean by this is that if someone expresses an interest in a house the first question is, "would you like to view?". Some basic information is asked for when potential buyers sign up with Estate Agents but thereon after its all rather automated. I don't see much evidence of agents extolling the virtues of one property over another or attempting to home in on the buyers specific requirements. After the viewing, if it happens, there is just a request for "feedback". This to me is not selling.

    Needs improvement

    Need to be much more proactive to anticipate needs and avoid problems. When action is required they need to act faster and with better communication.
